Discover the splendors of Halong Bay aboard the Halong Ginger, a wooden junk that combines classic beauty with modern comfort. Measuring 38 meters (125 feet) in length, custom-designed yacht features three decks that house an elegant restaurant, two bars, a small library, and a massage room-plus ten luxurious sleeping cabins. Accommodation
While the view is undoubtedly the best feature of each of our ten guest cabins, guests will also appreciate the rooms’ tasteful décor and furnishings. To complement the bay’s natural beauty we have outfitted the cabins in natural materials: wood floors covered with sedge mats; walls covered with woven bamboo panels; and ceilings decorated with bamboo panels hand-painted with a ginger motif. The standing shower, meanwhile, features mosaic tiles in Ginger flower patterns.

Ginger Restaurant
A pleasant ambiance, attentive staff and great views make our restaurant the perfect place to sample the exotic delights of Vietnamese cuisine. Guests can look forward to lavish international breakfast buffets, casual, sit-down lunches of Vietnamese dishes, and formal dinners with delectable fusion cuisine. All dishes are prepared to please both the eye and the palate. Special BBQ dinners are served on the Sundeck on weekends, or upon a group’s request.

Bar & Lounge
Located in the restaurant, this cozy bar features silk chairs, embroidered décor. A wide variety of wines and cocktails is available.

Activities
Sunrise Tai Chi classes: Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi class, held-weather permitting-on the open-air Sundeck.
Kayaking: Explore the bay’s uninhabited islands and sea caverns in our imported Canadian Seaward kayaks.
Cooking classes: Learn more about the ingredients and techniques used to create mouthwatering Vietnamese dishes.
Special events: Traditional dances and musical performances, fashion shows, and other events may be arranged upon request

Tour 2 days :

Day 1:

12:30:  Welcome on board and set sail through Ha Long Bay. Rest your eyes on the azure waters of this magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth, passing picturesque area like Mat Quy islet and Am islet. 
13:15: Lunch is served. 
15:00:  We will go to the Tien Ong Cave by Tender. The Cave is about 2.000 sqm large with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, the visit will last about 20 Mins (we highly recommend to refrain from coming on excursion with high heel shoes). We will then visit the Cua Van Fishing Village, the biggest and oldest Fishing Village in Ha Long Bay and you will enjoy a pleasant bamboo boat row (up to 4 persons per Boat) through the village with a school among the floating houses. 
16:30: Get back on-board the Jasmine from the Fishing Village. You can enjoy a massage or a drink on Deck (weather permitting). We will keep sailing deep into Ha Long Bay to Ho Dong Tien, where we will anchor for the night. 
19:00: Halong Bay’s Presentation in the Restaurant. 
19:30: Enjoy our BBQ Dinner Buffet.

Day 2:

06:30: Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries for the early risers are available in the restaurant. 
07:00: Enjoy our Tai Chi Class on Top Deck with an opportunity to admire the magnificent scenery of sunrise over the Bay. 
08:00: Enjoy the Cooking Class performed by our Chef inside the Dining Room. In the meantime, our Boat will be cruising in the Bay, passing suggestive and picturesque area like Ti Top Island, Tam Cung Cave and Poem Mountain, before arriving back to our Dock, where we will anchor. 
09:00: Check-out time. We kindly ask you to pack your bags and leave them along the corridor. 
09:30: Enjoy our Buffet Brunch while we are cruising back to the shore. 
9:30 – 10:30: All bills will be checked and paid at Jasmine’s Bar. 
11:00: Say goodbye to our crew in the Bar / Restaurant Area and then disembark via tender to the Royal Park Pier.

Tour 3 days:

Day 1 :

07:45: Transfer to Halong Sunset – the most luxurious day Boat of Ha Long Bay – Welcome aboard and starting the day with a special breakfast, while the Boat keeps cruising deep inside the Bay towards the Cat Ba National Park. Possibility to enjoy Biking or Hiking to a nearby Village and then come back to the Boat for Lunch. 
12:00: Lunch is served. 
14:30: Enjoy Kayaking across the water tunnels, beautiful lagoons and quiet beaches. 
15:00: Cruising to the Cua Van Fishing Village area, where the Jasmine is about to arrive. 
16:00: Welcome back on-board Halong Jasmine, where you can enjoy a massage, a drink or simply relax. 
19:30: Enjoy our BBQ Dinner Buffet.

Day 3 :

06:30: Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries for the early risers are available in the Restaurant. 
07:00: Enjoy our Tai Chi Class on Top Deck with an opportunity to admire the magnificent scenery of Sunrise over the Bay. 
08:00: Enjoy the Cooking Class performed by our Chef inside the Dining Room. In the meantime, our Boat will be cruising in the Bay, passing suggestive and picturesque area like Ti Top Island, Tam Cung Cave and Poem Mountain, before arriving back to our Dock, where we will anchor.
